Job Opportunity: New Business & Sales Manager – Events Agency
Location: Cheshire (Remote/ Hybrid working)
Salary: 45k-50k + Commission (realistic 25K OTE) + Benefits
The Role
As a New Business & Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the agency’s ambitious growth plans. This hybrid role blends new business development with strategic account management, giving you the opportunity to cultivate new opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base
- Managing and developing relationships with key accounts to drive retention and growth
- Utilising B2B automation tools and sales technology to streamline outreach and lead generation
- Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling pitches and proposals
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
About You
- A proven sales professional with experience in new business development and account management
- Experienced in B2B automation, CRM systems, and sales technology to optimise outreach and client engagement
- Passionate about the events industry, with an understanding of agency services and event management
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
