We seek a unique, innovative, and quality-focused individual to join our Head Chef Dan Foster at The White Hart Pub and Restaurant. Passion for food, seasonal cooking, and sustainability are valued here. Our kitchen aims to be more sustainable and reduce our carbon footprint. The working pattern includes a mix of day and evening shifts.
Requirements include a minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, teamwork skills, and the ability to follow recipes accurately. An interest in sustainable food supplies and a curiosity about food are desirable.
