Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating diaries and calendar management
- Organising and arranging travel
- Building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Event Coordination
- Greeting visitors and organising meeting rooms

- Excellent attention to detail
- Minute taking experience would be a bonus
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
