The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

A Tier1 fit out contractor based in the heart of London now requires the added support of a Bid Coordinator/Writer to join the pre-construction/work winning team. You will have previously had vast exposure to writing successful bid responses persuasively and in line with individual client specifications.

A good construction understanding either fit out or main contracting is essential as are having excellent IT skills and a good command of the English language. You will be required to liaise at all levels (Business Development, Estimating and Construction management) within the business and possess the ability to engage with individuals whilst under pressure. You must be creative in your written approach and deliver the right message in order to win the bid! You will be the catalyst within the bid team and drive the team in the right direction and work cohesively to hit project objectives.
