Are you a skilled Finishing Operative with hands-on experience in paint spraying, powder coating, or lacquering? We are currently working with a well-established and highly respected Birmingham-based manufacturing company seeking a dedicated individual to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a business known for producing high-quality, precision-crafted products for premium markets.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and finishing metal components to an exceptional standard.
- Applying paint, powder coating, or lacquer using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Ensuring a smooth and even finish in line with product specifications.
- Quality checking finished items for consistency, colour match, and defect-free surfaces.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
What We Are Looking For:
