Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS) are currently recruiting for a Support Call Handler to handle external customer calls directing the calls to the relevant area of the business.
Purpose of the position
To be the front line call handler for all incoming calls and ensure the call is dealt with correctly and promptly.
Accountability Tasks:
- Ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner within set KPIs
- Ensure call is directed to the relevant area of the business
- Raise all incoming breakdowns within IFS and allocate to the correct business area screens
- Support other areas of operations, e.g. chasing PO Numbers, updating customers
- Support admin team with duties as required

Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of the transport/automotive/refrigeration Industry
- Database management - Desirable
- Knowledge of IFS/R2CIT literate (Microsoft Office/strong Excel knowledge - Advanced level) - Essential
- Strong written & verbal communication skills to provide a professional approach to both external & internal contacts - Essential
