We are a reputable firm, who in recent years have decided to give ownership to our partners, and hand back the profits to our investors. We are now entirely proprietary, which allows us to be more agile with how we strategize, grow, and ultimately reward our employees.
Our core focus is on high frequency, low latency strategies across Europe and The Americas. We cover Equities, Futures, Crypto, Options, and will be adding Foreign Exchange in 2025.
We are nothing without our people. We have built an excellent team of technologists, researchers, and systematic traders, however we are now looking to expand our scope by adding new trading pods. We are therefore looking for competent, Senior C++ Engineers who have experience building low latency software for PMs. Our latency is measured end-to-end, front-to-back, so we are looking for people that have worked across the stack and have implemented a single-digit microsecond latency from start to finish.
Our business is growing, and therefore our policy has always been to welcome ideas to the table. If you are innovative, entrepreneurial, and ambitious, we are confident our environment will suit you.
Please apply below, and someone in our recruitment team will reach out to you. We are unable to sponsor, so you will need to be a UK Citizen.
