Role Description
The Content Executive will be responsible for creating and editing web content, developing content strategies, engaging in social media marketing, and ensuring effective communication across platforms. Day-to-day tasks will include writing blog posts, researching sports data, testing our data tables and features, writing articles and content tailored to our audience, and (in-time) producing content for our own social media channels. This is perfect for a Sports Journalism graduate looking to get their first taste of being paid to write and excited to see their work published.
This is a fully remote role, with lots of flexibility in terms of 'office hours', we're more worried about you getting the job done, than when/where you do it. Open to this being part-time role e.g. X articles per month or a full-time, more all round role, based on the candidate.
Qualifications
- Web Content Writing and Writing skills - ideally in Football and/or Cricket.
- Experience in writing Sports Betting Content a real bonus.
- Experience in developing Content Strategies and engaging in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Awareness of SEO and writing SEO friendly articles.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with sports betting is a plus.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing is a bonus but not required.
