JasperRose is partnering with an FMCG brand owned by a listed business, which is looking for an Analyst to join their team 2 days per week in Bedford. Working for this leading organisation, this exciting opportunity is perfect for those who want to get exposure with both internal and external stakeholders across the globe, take ownership of forecasts and be given the opportunity to progress within the group.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key priority will be to manage the budgeting and forecasting for the brand, as well as supporting with the management accounts. You will partner with non-finance stakeholders within the business, to support with analysis of key drivers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the budgeting & forecasting for the global brand
  • Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders, providing them with up-to-date information of business performance
  • Continuously looking at ways to drive efficiencies improvements across the finance department
  • Supporting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as requested by the group finance team

Skill set required:

The successful candidate will be an active CIMA/ACCA studier with experience working in a commercially focused role where you have had exposure to management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting. Ideally, you will have experience working for a product-based business; listed company experience is desirable.

You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels, you will also thrive at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
