We are currently seeking a Lean Manager Manufacturing - F/M/X to join our team in Manchester.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement Projects: Manage continuous improvement projects on production lines within the chemistry and agro-food sectors.
  • Project Management: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Training: Provide training and support to team members on lean methodologies and best practices.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in chemistry or pharmaceuticals is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English.
  • Location: Manchester, UK.
  • Nationality: UK nationality or resident permit required.
  • Notice Period: 2 to 3 months notice period.
  • Remote Work: Some remote work is possible.
