An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding client at their site based in Park Royal. They are seeking an experienced Goods In Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. If you are an organised individual, who is hard-working, reliable and loves to work as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
You will be required to have previous experience in a goods in/out role, ideally working in a chilled/freezer environment. Main duties will be checking goods in and out, unloading stock to put away in correct areas, assisting with picking duties to fulfil customer orders and completing manual stock take plus other general warehouse duties.
Candidate requirements:
- A minimum of two yearsβ experience in a goods in/out role
- Ideally have some forklift experience (even if inhouse certified or expired) as training can be provided for inhouse certificate for Counterbalance, Reach and Bendi trucks
- Physically fit as this role can be fast-paced and demanding
- Reliable, committed, and hard-working
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Great communication skills with a good level of English and Maths
- Team player, able to work well in a team setting to achieve goals
- Great attention to detail
Salary: Temporary: Hourly pay rate Β£12.21. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am β 4.00pm with one hour unpaid break (40 hour week) although you are asked to be flexible with finish time.

The working hours during summer months are busier and will be an 11 hour shift 6.30am β 5.30pm, after three months overtime will be applicable above 45 hours. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate after a satisfactorily worked 12 week period.
