Profiles Creative is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an innovative global creative studio. This role offers the chance to lead large-scale art and design projects for world-renowned brands, working with a talented team of artists, designers, and strategists.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial concept through to final installation. You’ll manage client relationships, budgets, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through each stage of the project.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop detailed costings, estimates, and contracts to align with project budgets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best materials, services, and pricing.
- Keep leadership informed on financials and project developments.
- Work closely with creatives to ensure feasibility in terms of materials and production techniques.
- Arrange and oversee site visits, installations, and logistical coordination.
- A strong background in design with hands-on experience managing creative projects that involve fabrication suppliers.
- A track record of delivering projects at various scales, including budgets up to £500,000.
- Confidence in managing client accounts and supplier relationships.
- Experience sourcing materials, installations, arranging logistics, drawing costing documents and managing timescales.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in InDesign, with a good understanding of CAD software.
