Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within the Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a part-time Bodyshop Advisor. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

The main responsibilities for the Bodyshop Advisor are as follows:

  • Handling inbound calls to the Bodyshop
  • Obtaining customers' personal details, accident details, insurer details
  • Booking in customers for repair
  • Managing the courtesy car fleet
  • Providing customers with repair updates and progress using information from bodyshop technicians
  • Organising deliveries and collections
  • Taking payments for insurance excess

To be a successful candidate for the Bodyshop Advisor role you must:

  • Have a resilient attitude
  • Previous experience within an automotive customer service role is essential
  • Experience within a customer-facing role (telephone or face to face) is essential
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and solving any queries

Salary: £30k - £35k Basic, Pension scheme, Free parking.
