TARCG is partnering with a well-established aviation MRO organisation known for its technical excellence and global customer base. Specialising in avionics repairs and overhauls for both civil and defence sectors, this company is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support its expanding team.
In this role, you’ll work alongside the Quality Director to maintain and develop the organisation’s Quality and Safety Management Systems in accordance with regulatory standards including EASA/CAA/FAA Part 145, EN 9110, EN 9120, and ISO 17025. You’ll be responsible for audits, documentation control, supplier quality, and corrective actions, helping ensure consistent compliance and high product standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal audits across products, processes, and safety systems.
- Maintain and update technical documentation in line with OEM data.
- Investigate and assess warranty claims, providing detailed justifications.
- Lead and track corrective actions from identification to closure.
- Oversee supplier performance and manage the approved vendor list.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality role within the aviation or MRO sector.
- Certified internal auditor (QMS/Airworthiness).
- Knowledge of EASA, FAA, CAA Part 145, and ISO/EN standards.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
