As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Optimus, you’ll be entering a thriving sector where your hard work will directly impact both your earning potential and career growth. Responsibilities:

• Conducting sales calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Optimus Search as a trusted business partner.
• Participating in client meetings and negotiating rates.
• Writing job adverts and creating engaging social media content to attract top candidates.
• Headhunting for candidates with specific skill sets.
• Coordinating interviews and offering roles to successful candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
