We are now seeking a Group Estates & Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our UK office sites - ensuring buildings are clean, safe, secure, and fully compliant. Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will manage service contracts, coordinate with contractors, and act as the key liaison for building users and office teams. You will also play a vital role in driving sustainability initiatives, managing budgets, and supporting fleet and operational needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the delivery of efficient facilities operations in our office in Stratford, plus oversee other locations
  • Manage contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities, and property services
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and fire safety requirements
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and lead all audits and inspections
  • Support ESG and sustainability efforts, including energy and waste management
  • Liaise with procurement, finance, fleet, and third-party agents on office leases, closures, and setup
  • Deliver cost efficiencies through supplier reviews, negotiations, and technology-driven improvements
  • Be the first point of contact for facilities-related issues and ensure timely resolution
