Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with a governing body who are looking for a Product Owner to lead the delivery and implementation phases of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Following the successful completion of discovery and design, the project is now progressing into configuration, development, and rollout in partnership with a Microsoft Gold Partner. This new CRM will replace a legacy membership system and integrate with various business applications, including Business Central.
Purpose of the Role:
- Clearly communicate the CRM vision, benefits, and objectives to stakeholders.
- Translate organisational needs into structured delivery actions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, subject matter experts, and partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Champion continuous improvement by responding to feedback and driving sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the successful delivery of a fit-for-purpose CRM solution.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support UAT and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed.
- Provide clear updates on delivery progress and risks.
- Mentor and support teams in agile methods.
- Help non-technical stakeholders understand solution capabilities.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong background in digital design and full service lifecycle delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
