The role

Join our newly launched Procurement Recruitment Practice as we embark on an ambitious growth journey to dominate the UK market over the next four years. You will be at the forefront of building something exceptional, backed by a £1.3 billion company with a 56-year legacy in Engineering and Tech recruitment. We are unlocking the existing client base for procurement and see an enormous opportunity.

Leadership: Under Scott Dance, a respected name in procurement recruitment with over 20 years of experience, you will help shape this practice with strong backing from the business.

What we need from you

• Experience of running a successful 360 agency Procurement desk in any industry vertical.
• A desire to sell solutions and champion the group’s service lines.
• A proactive approach to business development and securing long-term client relationships.
• A passion for building your own personal brand as an expert in Procurement and hosting industry events and roundtables.
• A willingness to mentor colleagues and share knowledge.
• A people-centric mentality; our culture is very important to us at Morson.
