Role Profile: Navig8 are currently looking for a Travel Coordinator in London to join our global admin team. You will play a key role in managing all travel and logistics processes for the Navig8 group. This role will require you to be in the office in London Victoria 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for streamlining travel processes across countries and offices.
- Responsible for managing countries’ travel coordinators (approx. 6).
- Efficient communication between colleagues.
- Create a travel process document and accompanying checklists which can be used to hold local travel coordinators accountable, and which are adapted to meet other countries' needs if necessary.
- Full market review of current travel consulting partners.
- Establish relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders.
- Restructure current internal communications regarding travel.
- Mitigate travel risks and identify core issues and appropriate solutions.
- Flexibility for some out of hours work for emergency travel problems where necessary.
- Patience and confidence to address issues with management and encourage them to agree to solutions provided.
- Occasional admin team cover when people are on leave.
- Can bring a network of travel contacts from previous experience.
- Experience managing sensitivity around requests.
- Amazing filing skills and ability to manage travel booking system and improve its functionality.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within corporate travel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Friendly and personable.
- Ability to build and maintain a comprehensive contact list within the travel industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong filing skills, particularly with travel management systems.
