Are you a recruiter who loves developing others and driving sales success but is looking for a progression path beyond billing? Have you ever thought about stepping into sales coaching—where your skills shape not just deals, but careers? We’re offering a rare opportunity for a recruiter to transition into an L&D role focused on sales performance. You’ll move beyond billing and into a career dedicated to developing others, refining sales strategies, and making a real impact—without sacrificing career progression or rewards.
Why This Role?
- From recruiter to coach: You’ll be mentored by our Performance Manager, Hannah Eden, who made the same move—from Recruitment Consultant to industry-leading Performance Coach in just two years. Since joining, Hannah has had 3 promotions, driven global revenue growth, and enjoyed top-tier incentives (Paris, Mexico & NYC!).
- Hands-on coaching & impact: You’ll deliver sales coaching, training, and one-on-one performance development for our high-performing recruitment teams.
- Career growth & incentives: You’ll be supported with a personal L&D plan, fast-tracked career progression, and access to “money-can’t-buy” rewards—think Michelin-star dining, all-inclusive holidays (Vegas, Miami, Dubai), and incredible experience days (skydiving, concerts, luxury shopping sprees).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running engaging, high impact at desk coaching sessions for recruitment consultants (both 1-1 and group).
- Delivering an industry leading onboarding and continuous development programme to those with less than a year’s experience (classroom & virtual to our Nottingham, London & NYC offices).
- Partnering with leadership to identify talent gaps & training needs.
- Championing a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recruiter with an eye for development.
- Someone who enjoys proactively delivering solutions to problems.
- A strong communicator who can inspire, coach, and elevate those around them.
Who are we? We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies (as recognised by the Financial Times) with offices in Nottingham, London, and New York and soon to be Dubai! We specialise in Senior-Executive recruitment across E-commerce, FinTech, and Sports, working with major global brands like Nike, GymShark, L’Oréal, ASOS, and Boohoo. This is your chance to take your recruitment career to the next level—moving from billing to building high-performing sales teams.
