Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a leading FMCG business to recruit an experienced logistics professional. The successful applicant will play a crucial part in implementing and managing logistics processes into and out of Europe.

Candidate Experience:

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management is essential.
  • Recent work experience in customs processes for both imports and exports.
  • A good knowledge of duty, customs and VAT rules for European trade.
  • Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Familiarity with SAP system preferred.
  • Previous experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) is a plus.
