Job Description Sales Director – Industrial Component Manufacturing Our customer is a successful and growing specialist metal products manufacturing business, supplying the automotive and transportation industry. Based in the North East of England, and part of a large privately owned group, they are a well known branded business and market leader within the chosen industries they serve. The business is looking to continue enhancing revenue and profitability, as well as expanding their customer base. As a result, they have an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Director to support the business on the next stage of their growth journey. Role Overview: The Sales Director will be responsible for providing strategic and operational sales and commercial leadership to ensure the business meets its growth objectives. This includes overseeing and developing the sales, account management and NPI teams and acting as an interface to internal operations and supply chain teams. In addition, the Sales Director will take a lead in enhancing current customer relationships and targeting new opportunities in other markets.
