Are you an Administrator with previous experience within the Facilities, Engineering Maintenance or Construction industry, that is good at collating data and organising it on Excel? Do you have the ability to create rules and processes on Excel to make it easier to find data when required? If so, this role could be for you.
This role for Asset Administrator is for a 6 month fixed term contract, the reason for the vacancy is to clear a backlog of data that needs to be collated on to Excel. This role will have potential to go full time employed at the end of the FTC; however, this may be in a slightly different capacity.
As Asset Administrator, you will work with the team of admins and engineers to collate data regarding assets on their clients' sites, so they have a life cycle of works in one place enabling project works to be pipelined and completed efficiently. You will work closely with engineers and take information related to the clients' assets on site ensuring all data around previous works are up to date and any further works can be managed from this data.
Ideally, you will be an Administrator working in a similar role and industry to construction or maintenance engineering and have a basic understanding of the trade and systems within commercial buildings such as boilers, air conditioning systems, electrical works and general building works. Although this is not essential, it is massively advantageous.
Essential requirements:- Previous Administration experience
- Solid understanding of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
- Ability to work a spreadsheet and create rules and processes to input data correctly
