We’re currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinists with strong experience across CNC and manual machinery operations for different clients in the Glasgow area. What You’ll Be Doing * Operate and adjust multi-axis CNC Machines * De-burr machined components and carry out first-off inspections * Carry out full machine setup and preventative maintenance tasks * Follow all relevant health & safety protocols and maintain housekeeping standards * Work proactively within a high-performing team, driving OTD, KPIs, and continuous improvement goals What You’ll Bring * Time-served CNC Machinist or equivalent background * Strong understanding of complex engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances * Proven ability in working in either 2/3 axis or 5 axis * Confident operating both CNC and manual machinery, and jib cranes * High attention to detail, quality-focused and committed to first-time accuracy * Strong mathematical and mechanical skills * Positive, team-focused attitude with a proactive approach to tooling and process improvements * Working knowledge of 5S standards What’s in It for You? * Good rates, plus shift incentives * 33 days holiday * Pension and life cover * Access to Employee Assistance Programme * Ongoing professional development opportunities For these roles, we can only consider those with the Right to Live and Work in the UK
