Responsibilities of the Fire Risk Assessor role include:
- Conducting and reviewing Fire Risk Assessments across residential properties
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of all assessments and inspections conducted
- Providing any advice and guidance to the internal team and staff in regards to fire safety
- Overseeing fire safety compliance including audits, post fire inspections and evacuation strategies
Key skills needed for the Fire Risk Assessor role are:
- Experience working within residential properties and communicating with tenants
- Level 4 fire risk assessment qualification
- Strong knowledge of conducting and auditing Fire Risk Assessments
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Understanding and writing reports of any assessments completed
