We are actively looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join a housing association on a permanent basis. You will be based at home travelling to the sites around Watford, with the occasional office visit. In return, you will receive flexible working, 10% pension contribution, 25 days annual leave and further benefits.

As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:

  • Completing type 3 FRAs across the domestic properties across Watford
  • Ensuring all fire safety compliance is in line with legislations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the fire surveyor to make recommendations on all fire related incidents

Experience and qualifications:

  • Completed type 3 FRAs on domestic properties
  • NEBOSH Fire
  • Member of IFE desirable
