The Role
As the successful Sales Director, you will lead our client’s customer engagement and growth plan as they expand their portfolio of customers and look to drive retention of core customers. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Food Teams and a mix of internal stakeholder groups, you will oversee all aspects of market analysis, strategic sales planning, identification and prioritisation of commercial targets, development of brilliant menus and food promotions, brand and communications excellence, allocation of resource and tender and proposal package design which deliver the forecasted growth.
This would be a great role for someone who has a passion for food and who is really wanting the challenge of growing with a business with a unique USP. This is a vital role for our client to get right as they continue to grow.

- Dynamic commercial leader passionate with a strategic vision.
- A passion for food, nutrition and creative solutions to special dietary needs, to deliver a significant improvement in menu development and put food at the heart of the organisation.
- Awareness of, and preferably experience of, developing strong brand and communication strategies to enhance and support the growth plan.
- Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen.
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches.
- Excellent communication skills as a world-class persuasive presenter to potential customers and internal stakeholders, with the ability to network at various levels especially within the public sector.
- Have an analytical/enquiring mind.
Salary: Up to £100,000 with an attractive benefits package including bonus, car allowance and other LTIPs.
Location: Hybrid Working – circa 2 days access to West London.
