We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and/or public events (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).
- Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, equipment, travel, and staffing.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and setup.
- Track budgets, process invoices, and manage event-related expenses.
- Create event materials such as agendas, name badges, signage, and attendee communications.
- Provide on-site or virtual support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Collect and report on post-event feedback and analytics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
