A leading international provider of travel-related fintech solutions is seeking a QA Tester to join their UK-based team. Operating globally and partnering with high-profile names in the banking and fintech sectors to deliver seamless airport services such as lounge access, fast track security, and dining experiences.

You’ll be part of ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API-based applications. Working closely with developers, product teams, and global stakeholders, this individual will design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases to support agile product development cycles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and execute manual and automated test scripts across mobile, web, and API platforms.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies and requirements.
  • Independently manage end-to-end testing for assigned projects, including bug tracking and reporting.
  • Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Perform regression, performance, usability, and functional testing.
  • Produce clear documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Continuously improve QA tools, processes, and environments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential due to cross-regional collaboration.
  • 2+ years’ experience in software testing with exposure to web, mobile apps, and API testing.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, or similar.
  • Comfortable using debugging and network tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or similar.
  • Familiarity with test scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience working within CI/CD environments and Agile development teams.
  • Good understanding of Linux systems and experience with databases like MySQL or Oracle.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving abilities.
