We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator tojoin our award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £25,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience. There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary. DCBL is a highly successful client-focused business and are one of the market leaders in Debt Collection and High Court Enforcement. Our client retention rate, coupled with recommendations and referrals, provides a solid foundation for organic growth. Working alongside our sister company DCB Legal ,who themselves are the largest bulk litigators in the UK, we have created an end-to-end debt recovery and litigation service, which is second to none. As a Learning and Development Co-ordinator , you will be responsible for creating, updating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees.
