We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator tojoin our award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £25,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience. There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary. DCBL is a highly successful client-focused business and are one of the market leaders in Debt Collection and High Court Enforcement. Working alongside our sister company DCB Legal ,who themselves are the largest bulk litigators in the UK, we have created an end-to-end debt recovery and litigation service, which is second to none. As a Learning and Development Co-ordinator , you will be responsible for creating, updating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees.
