Main Duties and Responsibilities for the End User Computing Engineer: Hardware, Software, and IT Equipment Management * Configure, install, and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals. * Procure and manage hardware/software inventory and liaise with vendors for problem resolution. * Manage corporate mobile devices through Intune (MDM). * Utilise and manage Windows Autopilot for device deployment and configuration, with the ability to implement and support its adoption in the organisation.
