Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, contracts, letters, and reports
- Conducting legal research to support case preparation
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate
- Assisting solicitors with casework, including preparing bundles for court
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties on behalf of fee earners
- Attending meetings with clients and taking minutes or notes
