Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cisco Engineer with expertise in Unified Communications to join our team full-time on-site in a secure environment. This role focuses on deploying, supporting, and maintaining Cisco UC technologies including Expressway, VOIP systems, and Webex Boards within a classified network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions
- Implement and maintain Cisco Expressway for secure remote communications
- Manage and support VOIP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
- Deploy and maintain Cisco Webex Boards for collaborative meeting spaces
- Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of UC services
- Provide full-time on-site technical support in accordance with secure environment requirements
- Ensure all work complies with MOD and Government security protocols
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Cisco UC, Expressway, and VOIP technologies
- Proficiency in deploying and supporting Cisco Webex Boards
- Experience working in MOD or highly secure classified environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Must hold current SC clearance; MOD DV or Enhanced DV highly desirable
