This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded employment team that supports a broad range of clients, from listed corporations to mid-market and emerging businesses. Role Overview As an Employment Solicitor, you will be part of a forward-thinking team that advises clients on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on employer-side matters. You’ll gain exposure to a mix of advisory, contentious, and transactional work, including the design and implementation of HR strategies, managing complex legal disputes, and delivering in-house training programs. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on a range of employment law matters, predominantly for businesses and employers. Manage contentious issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance procedures. Advise on complex HR matters, such as workforce restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers, and pay and grading structures. Support clients through training and HR delivery initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering practical and commercial legal advice. Skills & Experience Experience in employment law with relevant experience gained in a leading regional or City practice. Excellent technical skills, including strong drafting, presentation, and research abilities. Ability to manage client relationships at a senior level, with excellent communication and client care skills.
