Description We are looking for a passionate, Italy-loving Team Member who can help us create exceptional dining experiences at our new Chiswick fresh pasta restaurant. You won’t just be cooking and serving our customers the freshest pasta in town, but you’ll also be part of a brand new team opening one of the coolest locations in town. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you yesterday . Show us your soul and seize the moment! What you\’ll do at Pasta Evangelists: Prepare & plate our fresh pasta dishes to high standards. Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery efficiently and accurately. Be a positive, warm team player in the restaurant environment. Welcome customers enthusiastically and assist with menu exploration. Create a positive dining atmosphere by being attentive and proactive. Follow recipes and techniques to ensure quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic workspace. Monitor ingredient supplies and inform the shift manager of shortages. Keep the dining area inviting and immaculate. Sanitize surfaces regularly and follow health and safety guidelines. Assist with cleaning tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Participate in team meetings and training, sharing ideas and enthusiasm. Support colleagues during busy times and take on additional tasks. Who you are: Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but passion for Italian cuisine matters most. Enthusiastic about learning and sharing menu knowledge. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask gracefully. Positive, reliable, and a team player. Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
