Job Overview
The Catering Department at Wrexham Maelor Hospital provides meals, snacks and beverages to patients, staff and visitors. The Catering Supervisor is a key member of the team and has responsibility for carrying a range of duties related to food production and service in a busy kitchen environment. The Catering Supervisor will be working closely with the Catering Co‑ordinator and managers to ensure that catering services meet relevant nutritional and dietary requirements arising from clinical, religious and cultural needs.

- Providing supervision of staff
- Ensuring a clean, safe environment is maintained

Pay and Working Hours
Working hours between 6.30 am to 8.00 pm. Rate of pay £12.53 enhanced pay at weekends: Saturday £16.86 and Sunday £21.18.
