This operator are looking for a true maverick when it comes to Sushi. If you feel that the sushi sector has become too formulaic then this could be the ideal role! We are looking for a Head Sushi Chef to join this Brand new Japanese concept. With more on the horizon, they are looking for strong, hands on, driven Head Sushi Chefs to create something truly unique.
The Head Sushi chef will work directly with the Exec chef as well as the owners who are investing heavily in the businesses. You will be charged with creating exceptional cuisine, and deliver the highest quality of food & hygiene.

• Have a proven track record within Japanese luxury high volume kitchens
• Have a true passion for Japanese sushi & are constantly keeping up to dates with all modern trends
• Great organisational skills and time management
• Can-do attitude with natural leadership and motivational skills
• To work with senior management to ensure success
