Requirements

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals
• Ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Monitoring and assessing the development and progress of children
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
