Do you want to take a leading role in growing an 18-month old AI start-up that has a critically important mission, a product which gets exceptional customer feedback from the thousands of current monthly users, a team of 7 driven and talented people (~half engineers), raised from some of the best angels in Europe, and is already doing six-figures in annual revenue and scaling fast? We thought you might! We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us establish and grow long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring they gain lasting value from AI.
In a sentence the right person: is adept at building trusted partnerships with customers, is excited to help them realise significant value through AI adoption and wants to take a key role in growing a young AI start-up. If that's you - I can't wait to meet you and I truly believe we can offer you the adventure of a lifetime.
Essential skills:
- You've got a proven track record of building trusted relationships with public sector or B2B clients.
- You're a natural communicator and active listener, who can understand complex organisational needs and align them with how Inversity can drive value.
- You love variety and taking initiative – spending the morning meeting a customer to understand adoption challenges, the afternoon collaborating with our Growth Lead on a renewal plan, and squeezing in a prep call with James ahead of a key stakeholder session.
- You take ownership of the work you're given, and make stuff happen.
- You’re commercially aware — confident identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth through partnership, adoption, and renewal.
Desirable:
- You have experience working in or alongside the public sector.
- You've worked in a start-up before and know how to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- You’ve contributed to growing accounts over time, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and impact.
- You’ve helped shape internal playbooks or customer success processes, and enjoy building things that scale.
The practicalities:
- We're a hybrid team and you'll need to be in the office (Angel, London) 2 days a week (currently Tues & Weds).
- 25 days leave per year + Bank Holidays.
- You will need to be prepared for weekly travel to be with customers in addition to the 2 days in the office - within London, across the country and sometimes globally, too. Naturally we will cover your expenses.
- This is an ambitious role in an ambitious company. We work hard, support each other, and share a bias for action — which occasionally includes late finishes or weekend work when something important is shipping or a customer needs us.
Compensation:
Your total compensation will be from £60-100k per annum (seniority dependent), made up of a competitive package of base salary, stock options and performance-linked pay aligned to customer adoption, growth and long-term value creation.
