Talent84 are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Blaydon based client. This friendly team is looking for someone to join them on a Temp to Perm basis.
The right candidate will have fantastic people skills and previous customer service experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide customers with up to date knowledge on products
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met
- Assist with the customer service inboxes and calls where required
- Administrative duties

- Fantastic customer service skills/previous experience
