Taylor Hopkinson are proudly partnering with our leading international client who are developing their new UK entity and office, and as such we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team and help set up and manage the new UK office based in London.

Requirements:

  • Resourceful and hands-on approach to office admin, financial coordination, HR and compliance
  • Manage office supplies, leases, equipment and vendor relationships
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance and maintain office security procedures
  • Provide administrative support internally, including scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, preparing documents and reports
  • Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure effective coordination and management of BESS projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and resources are managed effectively
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, i.e., onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records and ensuring the office is prepared for new members
  • Organise team events and meetings as required

Your profile:

  • An experienced Office Manager who is a keen problem solver and is eager to help build a new business from the ground up
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably with BESS projects is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with office management software
  • Able to manage complex tasks and projects with a strong attention to detail
