A well-established and growing law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and expanding Private Client department. This role is open to candidates with approximately 2-3 years of post-qualification experience looking for a full-time position, or to more experienced practitioners interested in a part-time role (3 days per week).
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Private Client, the successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload, advising clients on a range of matters including:
- Wills
- Estate Administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Deeds of Variation
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trusts
