The Role... We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of two years' experience of working at Chef de Partie level. This position may suit a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for their first Junior Sous role. This role is available on an hourly rated of fixed hours contract up to 45 hours per week.
