My client is seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their dynamic, national team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of planning matters for a wide-ranging client base, including residential and mixed-use developers, major retailers, NHS bodies, local authorities, charities, contractors, investors, and Government bodies.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in planning law
  • A broad understanding of planning law, including EIA, CIL, and GLA planning
  • Experience of drafting of complex sc 106 Agreements, highway agreements, land development agreements, complex planning due diligence reports
  • Experience of advising on planning judicial review
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • A practical, solution-focused approach to client matters
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships
