Are you an experienced Supply Chain or Inventory professional looking to grow your career within a dynamic and fast-paced fresh produce environment? We’re recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain & Sourcing Coordinator to join a thriving Fresh Produce business based in Dartford.
The Role: As Supply Chain & Sourcing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating product storage, inventory, packing, and distribution processes. Working closely with sourcing, sales, and warehouse teams, you’ll ensure accurate planning and execution of product flows. From purchase orders to vessel tracking and forecasting, you’ll be the operational glue that keeps things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support inventory ordering, procurement, and stock management activities
- Maintain and communicate accurate customer forecasts
- Track product supply and logistics including vessel movements and customs
- Coordinate arrivals and ensure storage with the warehouse team
- Use D365 or similar ERP system for order and receipt management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to improve supply chain processes
- Develop and manage supplier relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in supply chain or inventory management (fresh/perishable industry preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Freshware, D365) and Microsoft Office
- Well-organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- A team player with a can-do attitude and desire to improve processes
