<p>An award-winning, innovative, and forward-thinking Interior & Architecture practice in Central London is looking for an experienced <b>EA & Business Support</b>. The company has the passion and energy of a start-up but with 30 years of professional experience behind it.</p><p>This individual will provide EA support to their inspirational Founding Director and general managerial oversight of all functions in the business including Operations, HR, Finance, and Events.</p><h3>Duties will include but are certainly not limited to:</h3><ol><li>Working closely with the Principal Director to ensure business administration is fully coordinated</li><li>Comprehensive diary management for the Principal Director</li><li>Management of the administration team (up to 5 people)</li><li>HR and Recruitment administration</li><li>Management of Principal Director’s emails in their absence and action as necessary</li><li>Coordination and production of fee proposals – RFPs, creation of bid/marketing proposals</li><li>Liaising with insurers and lawyers regarding client contracts, office insurance policies</li><li>Financial administration – preparing monthly invoices and associated letters/schedules</li><li>Ad-hoc office projects</li><li>Ad-hoc event coordination – internal and external</li><li>Monthly expenses</li><li>Miscellaneous tasks – updating contacts, answering the telephone, filing, travel and accommodation reservations</li></ol><p>The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of EA/Business support experience, ideally in one of the following industries: Interiors, Design, Construction, Property, or Architecture. Previous experience managing an admin team or HR involvement is a plus.</p><p><b>Key skills required:</b> very strong attention to detail, highly numerate, knowledge of InDesign and SharePoint, and strong Word and Excel.</p><p>You will need to be client-facing, upbeat, warm, calm, and a real team player, who people will turn to when things go wrong, happy in the knowledge that they will be sorted out both rapidly and efficiently.</p><p>A wonderful Senior EA opportunity to work with a talented, fun, passionate, and creative team.
