As a Delivery Manager, you will work with top-class engineering and product squads to ship innovative features. You will be part of a people-focused company committed to inclusivity and promoting psychological safety for their teams. You will collaborate with a cross-functional squad managing a range of live platforms used by a large number of users.
The client has a project delivery team supported by a core product function and a wealth of talent in Engineering, UX, Digital Analytics, and Data. They have various squads focusing on Marketplace, eCommerce, and Customer Experiences, attracting over 50 million unique visitors to the site each year.
Essential Skills:- At least 4-5 years working within the delivery of tech projects (web, app, platforms)
- Experience with cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Analytics)
- People-focused mindset; enjoys getting the most out of people and finds satisfaction in progress
- Practical Agile experience, comfortable with multiple methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to handle difficult conversations as well as positive ones
- A decent understanding of technical concepts; able to discuss backend services or APIs
- Understanding of eCommerce journeys or payment gateways
- Experience managing project budgets effectively
