Secondary School Supply Teacher

Overview:\\nAre you a Secondary School Teacher looking for a dynamic new teaching role without all the added work that comes with a permanent position?\\n\\nAll work is pre-planned for you, you simply have to deliver great lessons then walk out at 15:30 and leave all the stress behind!\\n\\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic Secondary School Supply Teacher who can bring passion and energy to our Secondary School Team.\\n\\nAs a Supply teacher you do not have to commit yourself for any period of time, you can simply plug a short-gap for a few weeks if you're waiting to start a new job or you stay for years if you wish!\\n\\nThe choice is entirely yours and remains flexible at all times.\\n\\nThere are no set amount of days you would need to work each week, you can simply work 1 day per week or a full 5 days a week if you like.\\n\\nYou will be expected to deliver high quality lessons to a diverse group of students across different secondary schools.\\n\\nQTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is preferred, however an Overseas UK NARIC will also be accepted.\\n\\nYou will need to:\\n\\n * Work as a Secondary School Supply Teacher by delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.\\n\\n * Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.\\n\\n * Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.\\n\\n * Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to child protection and safeguarding.\\n\\n * Within your role as a Secondary School Supply Teacher you will need deliver pre-planned lessons in the classes you are assigned, however it is always recommended to have an emergency lesson planned!\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\n * Experience as a Secondary School Teacher\\n\\n * Qualified Teacher Status or an Overseas UK NARIC.\\n\\n * Confidence in maintaining a good code of behaviour.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\n * Ability to inspire and motivate students\\n\\nThis position is employed via T4 Teachers.\\n\\nBased in Hertfordshire, T4Teachers is a leading education recruitment agency.\\n\\nEstablished in 2001, we have successfully placed over 5,000 teaching staff in schools, nurseries, and colleges around Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.\\n\\nWe pride ourselves on our great reputation, built on excellent communication and a personal touch that sets us apart.\\n\\nOur phone line is open 24 hours a day, ensuring we’re always there when you need us.\\n\\nPlease apply now via CV Library and one of our friendly recruitment consultants will reach out on the same day as your application
