Soft Services Assistant Manager

We are supporting the search for a Soft Service & Security Professional who holds proven, in depth experience in delivering quality standards & services across high value, prestigious mixed estates. This key position will report to the Operations Manager & manage outsourced service partners to delivery services across cleaning, security, landscaping, window cleaning & service yard areas. Candidates will hold proven experience, key areas include: – * Leading & motivating teams to provide high end services across complex security, soft services & cleaning contracts * Driving a "one team" ethos * Budget monitoring & reporting * Ensure full compliance across all areas * Being a key part of the estate operation delivery * Conduct regular inspections & resolve any issues effectively / promptly * Working with the wider teams * Supporting the Operations Manager with the wider business strategies / kpi's Candidates will hold proven experience across high end contract management delivery, along with H&S (ideally IOSH) accreditation.
