We have great opportunities across the Humber Ports offering both full time and part-time work.
What will you be doing:
- Stevedore / Quayside duties
- Plant driving including Forklift Trucks, Payloaders, Shovels, Tugs and Mobile harbour cranes (Full training will be given)
- Weighbridge or Gatehouse
- Stock counts
- Industrial cleaning
- Traffic Marshall and Vehicle banksman
Desirable:
- Valid or Expired Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- HGV licence
- Valid or Expired Payloader / Shovel Licence
- Experience in similar role such as port operative, stevedore, CSCS labourer, plant driver, forklift driver, shovel driver, vehicle banksman, slinger banksman, crane driver, quarry operative, warehouse operative, weighbridge is highly desirable
- Previous experience working with commodities such as Steel, 1t Bags or Timber.
The Humber ports operate 7 days a week giving opportunity and flexibility to working patterns.
