Dental Lab Manager

This position would suit an experienced Dental Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator or Dental Nurse looking to progress into management as full training will be given. We have an exciting opportunity for a dental laboratory manager within our Queens Drive practice in Glasgow. DK Dental is a dental laboratory focused on the manufacturing of dental prosthetics with a particular focus on full arch screw retained bridges. Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the Laboratory business including financials
• Management of laboratory operation and organisation of systems for the team to implement on a day-to-day basis
• Face of the organisation dealing with client queries or issues
• Understands how to face and liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Operate lab management systems with incoming/outgoing cases
• Monthly invoicing processes
• Project management for the implementation of new systems, processes and procedures and periodic reviews

• Experience dealing with day-to-day inquiries from Dentists and stakeholders
• People management skills
• Experience of using MS Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience of using Xero for accounts management (preferable)

• No qualification requirements but either 5+ years management experience or relevant experience in dentistry is helpful

• £25-30k based on experience and training requirements

• Working Hours – 35 hours per week to be delivered within a 5-day week and working day 8.30/9am start. Can be reviewed with flexible working request once all systems are in place and the team is working at maximum efficiency.
